Skull base surgery has always been a Neurosurgeon's curiosity because of its vastness. Ever since its inception, newer vistas are being explored and understood. Since it needs multidisciplinary involvement, it always needs a team work to achieve perfection and good outcome. It is indeed a matter of great pride and exception that Department of Neurosurgery PGIMER, Chandigarh has taken the initiative to hold the midterm CME and workshop on skull base surgery, which I am sure, would benefit the senior and junior neurosurgeons alike. 

I congratulate the organizing team for their tireless effort and wish the meeting a great success.
